An artist's book as performative storytelling - Hermann Heisig: Timing combines the format of an artistic monograph with the logic of a photo album. A photographic drift follows the development of a body along a timeline from 1981 to the present day, tracing possible and impossible correlations between childhood, post-reunification experiences, family history, artistic encounters and an autodidactic approach to dance and performance.
Hermann Heisig, born 1981 in Leipzig, works as a choreographer, dancer, and performer.
Igor Dobričić is a dramaturge. He works and teaches internationally.
