Wolfram Lotz, (b. 1981 in Hamburg), was raised in Bad Rippoldsau in the Black Forest. The son of a pharmacist, Lotz writes plays, radio dramas, poetry, and prose. In 2015, he was voted Dramatist of the Year in theTheater heute critics’ survey. He lives in Leipzig.
